"Play-Fight has a more holistic flavor by welcoming participants, above all, into a retrieval process towards wholeness and integrity on every level of the being."
Play-Fight is one of the pillars of Formless Arts. The practice weaves physicality with movement philosophy, shedding awareness into the unconscious resistances towards the gravitational force and the pervasive fear of falling (physically and existentially) that appears as an inherent human condition. Tensions and adversities are necessary frictions to spark evolution and growth, however when stagnated, accumulated and suppressed below the conscious radar, it may potentially turn out into traumatic events, the source for a myriad of dysfunctionalities externalized on the body-mind system. The physical drills, orientated in playfulness, focus on recognizing, acknowledging and recycling those harmful lifelong storage of unnecessary hidden tensions and blockages into a self-empowerment cultivation. Play-Fight Practice also regards the ecology of life as an inherent and inescapable interplay between cooperation and confrontation.

Studying with Bruno has been one of the most important and influential experiences I have encountered. The work he has developed over the years has grown organically from his endless curiosity and passion for movement which he shares this with such honest generosity. He presents this information in a truly formless way, without ego, and I have found the things I have discovered with him to be applicable in every aspect of my life.
I encourage everyone to take the opportunity to spend time with this wonderful artist, as I know I will continue to do at every opportunity in the years to come!

In everyday life there are so many moments of being annoyed, stressed, when the critical voice is just screaming from inside. Playfight helped me to deal with it, to transform this inner voice.
This knowledge is embodied and practiced in so many different ways, probably as many as people, who got familiar with its concepts.
The naivety of the child is combined with struggle of adulthood and interacting together. It is a space gathering people honestly opening for each other, falling and flying together without judgement but being in a moment. I am more than grateful for experiencing it and transforming it continuously.

When i met Bruno at the Play-Fight Camp 2016 in Tuscany i could sense, this would change my life. Not only has the practice he offers led to the creation of the Movement Masterclass but I also started to deviate and expand from the frame of Yoga which I've been teaching for almost 4 years.
His sensible, uplifting and direct approach both on personal and teaching level are one of the most inspiring i've met so far. I can strongly say that working with, being inspired and also getting challenged by him is absolutely worthy for everybody (not only dancers, and movement interested people).
Whether you're interested in movement on physical level or movement on a philosophical level – Bruno integrates and embodies his research into his own lifestyle: genuine, authentic and legit.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I am a contemporary dance teacher and a beginner Qi Gong practitioner. We've forgotten how to be, how to live, how to be in the the state of being. 'Falling' is the channel able to reconnect to those memories and parts of ourselves. 'Falling' and then 'flowing' without an established form as our state does not actually manifest through fixed forms. Maybe 'being' and 'living' has to do with 'falling' and 'flowing' in a continuous ocean of unshaped dancing waves. For me, that's what Formless Art Workshop had to do with: forging without forcing, materialising without crystalinzing, questioning without mentalizing and fighting and playing at the same time and space. Thanks Bruno 🙏🏼

I deeply appreciate Bruno's work and his way of honest and benevolent teaching based on his own embodied experience. I like the way how Bruno proposes to explore the places of resistance or blocks in my body and trying to relax them. Because it not just helps me to keep my physical integrity but it also gives me the opportunity to inquire my corresponding mental and emotional resistance towards life. I experience it a processes of honest and deep sensing to overcome my numbness. In this sense Bruno provides me with a chance to challenge and expand my comfort zone into places of unknown or an opportunity to regain access to my core self or simply increase the options for my action.
But foremost I enjoy his invitation to play and connect with myself and other movers just for the sake of simply playing in of a state of connection and openness and be alive.

I have never experienced this kind of metaphorical, philosophical character within a movement practice before - whole body, whole mind - amazing. Bruno is a great person and his work is definitely of importance today!

Formless Arts and Bruno seem to me like one Unity. It's clear to me, that It's a gift, that is needed in the world, that Bruno and Marina are giving to the participants. Bruno in his way of humbly again and again letting the students feel, see and trying to grasp a glimpse of an insight of the deep message that is going from body to body, while one's play-fighting. Somehow I feel responsable for that knowledge that found me, to include it to my daily life, spreading the word here or even hand some insights over to others.
We all have that body-intelligence that knows somehow, how to touch someone as soft as water. To touch a strangers shoulder full of love and care, to give him the feeling that he/she's `good enough`. We have a clarity inside us, that knows how to use our breath to make someone fall towards the ground, without almost not touching him. Formless Arts seem to help finding there. To find a sensitivity, that allows many soft animals to awake again in their bodys.
Just like all the friendships that grow easily throughout that process, probably cus we stopped looking with our eyes only. We stopped being nice with each other only. Facing some truth. only...without wanting it to get hard, but therefore becoming even harder, the more wanting not to push- instantly finding yourself pushing and pulling. Just like life itself teaches us again and again, to get humble and let it unfold itself through us....philosophy...hmmm...thank you all, that where there!!!
